EXPECT no-holds-barred entertainment as BBC cricket correspondent Jonathan Agnew and legendary player Phil Tufnell team up for An Evening With Aggers & Tuffers.
Tuffers was the Bad Boy of English cricket in the 1990s. Nicknamed The Cat, because of his love of dressing-room naps, and rarely seen without a beer and a fag, Tufnell has always been something of a folk hero.
Since retiring, he has carved out a successful TV career, appearing in reality shows such as I’m A Celebrity and Strictly Come Dancing. He is also Matt Dawson’s opposing team captain on BBC’s long-running series, A Question of Sport.
Before the pair take to the stage they will invite a select few to a meet and greet in the Wyvern restaurant.
Only a limited number of tickets are available for the pre-show event.
The show will raise funds for the Professional Cricketers Association’s Benevolent Fund.
An evening with Aggers & Tuffers runs at 7.30pm on Wednesday, February 17. The meet and greet starts at 6.30pm. Tickets start from £16.
