A TEENAGER was arrested on Thursday night after it was claimed he tried to drive a car down a flight of steps.
Ryan Hammond, 18, from Swindon was arrested in Graham Street just before 11pm after his black Peugeot was found at the bottom of a flight of steps.
He was later charged with driving while disqualified, without insurance and while under the influence of alcohol.
He will appear before Swindon magistrates on March 2.
