A PINEHURST man who had been accused of rape and sexual assault has been found not guilty by a jury.
Luke Blackmore had denied the allegations which were said to have taken place on Sunday October 26, 2014.
The 32-year-old, of Cunningham Road, was cleared following a four day trial at Swindon Crown Court.
Blackmore still faces the prospect of a jail term after admitting four counts of perverting the course of justice.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Tuesday June 14 and released him on bail until then.
