A 27-year-old man who is accused of rape and sexual assault is to face trial by judge and jury.
Dominic Chandler pleaded not guilty to the two charges when he appeared before a judge at Swindon Crown Court.
He is alleged to have carried out the two sex attacks on the same woman on Saturday April 23.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Monday September 5 and remanded Chandler, of Wilcot Avenue, Penhill, in custody.
