BIPOLAR UK's Swindon group is holding a special meeting on Wednesday, June 15 to secure the future of the group.

The meeting will be held at 7pm at the Central Community Centre in Emlyn Square where organisers will be looking for people to volunteer with the group so that it can continue.

The Swindon Bipolar UK Support Group has been running for many years, providing valuable support and advice to individuals affected by bipolar, their families and carers.

It relies on volunteers to help run its groups, organise tea and coffee and help to arrange group activities.

The support group currently doesn't have enough volunteers to help with these tasks and will have to close if nobody comes forward to help. Volunteers receive lots of training and support from Bipolar UK.

Anyone interested in finding out more should get in touch on groupdevelopment@bipolaruk.org or call 0333 323 3885.
