A JUDGE has issued a warrant for the arrest of a man who 'thinks he's Rambo' when he is high.

Louis Webb was put on a suspended sentence in December last year after he was caught supplying heroin and crack to a prostitute.

But the 22-year-old, who has breached the terms of the order once before, is again said to have failed to comply with the conditions of the sentence.

And after he failed to turn up at Swindon Crown Court Judge Peter Blair QC issued a warrant without bail for his arrest and detention.

Webb was a pillion passenger on a motorcycle when he was seen peddling heroin and crack to a sex worker in the County Ground car park.

But after hearing the 22-year-old was only helping out his drug dealer as he was getting a lift from him, a judge has spared him immediate custody.

Webb, formerly of Tudor Walk ,Walcot, was sentenced to 16 months in jail suspended for 18 months with 250 hours of unpaid work after admitted possessing drugs with intent to supply.

At the time of the offending he was on a conditional discharge for assaulting a police officer after which he said he 'thought he was Rambo' when under the influence.
