Wiltshire Police want to trace this man
POLICE are appealing for information after a mobile phone and debit card were stolen from Old Town Library at Swindon Arts Centre.
The black Samsung S6 phone and a Barclays Bank debit card was taken at around 2pm on Thursday, June 23.
PC Paula Clarke said: "We are appealing for anyone to come forward if they saw anyone acting suspiciously, or anything suspicious, in or near the library around this time.
"We would also like to speak to the man in the attached picture in relation to this incident.
"If you can help identify this person or can help in anyway please contact me on 101 or, if you wish to remain anonymous, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
