A MAN banned from going into any Tesco store will appear in court today to be sentenced for stealing £22-worth of alcohol from the supermarket chain.
Jamie Loveridge, 20, of Dumbarton Terrace, pleaded guilty to the offence when he came before the bench at Swindon Magistrates’ Court earlier this month along with a further charge dating from May 21 when he stole £25-worth of booze.
The magistrates adjourned the case to tie up with other cases which will be heard at the court today and for a pre-sentence report to be prepared on him.
He remains on conditional bail not to enter any Tesco store until his hearing.
