A MAN from Swindon and two others who are accused of being involved in the trade in hard drugs have been released on bail by a judge.
Sadeq Ali, Henry Waigo and Peter Mascarenhas are said to have been involved in the trade of cocaine in the six months up to January this year.
Ali, 31, of Dowling Street, and Waigo, 33, pleaded not guilty to possessing the drug with intent to supply on Wednesday, July 8, last year.
Waigo, of Bromley, Kent, also denied possessing criminal property in the form of cash on the same day when he appeared before Swindon Crown Court.
Mascarenhas, 30, of Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, denied being concerned in the supply of cocaine and converting criminal property.
Judge Peter Blair QC adjourned the case to Monday, March 6, next year and released the men on bail until then.
