AN unusual visitor is expected in the town centre's Brunel Shopping Centre from tomorrow.
Pete, an animatronic baby tyrannosaurus rex, will be the star attraction at The Brunel’s dinosaurium tomorrow and Thursday to entertain families in a bid to beat the summer holiday blues.
As well as meeting Pete, children will be able to take part in free dinosaur fun, such as digging in the sand for fossils and dinosaur related craft sessions which will be on offer.
The dinosaurium will be in The Brunel Arcade, near to the That’s Entertainment and Sue Ryder shops.
Pete will be appearing at various intervals between 10am and 4pm each day for local residents to get to know him during the free event. There is no charge to see Pete, or to take part in any of the activities.
