NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14
SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL
 FOOTPATH 5 SOUTH MARSTON ORDER 2016

The above order was made on 18 October 2016. The effect of the order will be to divert a length of Footpath 5 in the parish of South Marston, running from OS grid reference SU19460 86731, 42 metres south of the A420 Shrivenham Road at Lock Cottages, via OS grid reference SU19415 86515 to OS grid reference SU19507 86143, 13 metres north of the footbridge over the River Ray on the Wanbrough Parish boundary, on to a line running from OS grid reference SU19460 86731, via OS grid references SU19412 86700, SU19497 86511 and SU19541 86146 to OS grid reference SU19507 86143.

A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at The One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £15.00.

Any representation about, or objection to, the order may be sent or delivered, in writing, addressed to the Rights of Way Officer, Swindon Borough Council, Highways and Transport, 4th floor Wat Tyler House West, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, not later than 18 November 2016. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Swindon Borough Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
