YORK John William Charles Rita and the family would like to thank everyone for their kind words of condolence, cards of sympathy, attending John's service and all the donations received. Special thanks also to our family, friends, Dr Khan and his team in Oncology, doctors and nurses at the Great Western Hospital who took care of John.
