AL Murray doesn’t do things by halves, in fact he likes to do them twice whenever possible. So on Sunday the comic will perform not one but two back-to-back shows at the Wyvern Theatre.
The publican and almost politician recently embarked on a crusade to “re-Great Britain” and he has a lot of ground to cover in Let’s Go Backwards Together.
We live in troubling times, what with this whole Brexit malarkey, and the state of the NHS. And what’s the deal with the gathering storm of fortnightly bin collections? Who knows where it will all end? Al Murray is on the case.
He has answered the call of destiny (even though it’s an unlisted number) and is determined to end the reign of tyranny although he isn’t quite sure how or who’s responsible.
