A MAN will appear before the crown court accused of being in possession of indecent images of children.
David Boddy, 33, formerly of Bronte Close, but now of no fixed abode as of the morning of his hearing at Swindon Magistrates' Court on Friday, indicated no pleas to the charges put to him.
Boddy is accused of being in possession of one Category A image, one Category B image and three Category C images between October 30, 2015 and May 14 of this year.
He is further accused of being in possession of an extreme pornographic image on March 9 of a person and a dog.
He faces a final charge of breaching a sexual harm prevention order imposed by Swindon Crown Court on October 16, 2015, by deleting his internet browsing history.
District Judge Simon Cooper declined jurisdiction for the matter and ordered that Boddy appear in the crown court on a date to be fixed. In the meantime he was remanded in custody.
