POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a shoplifting incident in a Swindon store.

A group of five males took a number of items, including two Akai DVD players and B&M headphones, from the B&M store on County Way without making any effort to pay.

The incident happened on Saturday, November 12, at around midday.

The males are described as white with three of them aged under 16, one in his early 20s and another over 25.

The man in his early 20s was wearing a black jacket, black trousers and black shoes, he was 5ft 7ins, had short hair and a beard.

The over 25-year-old wore a camouflage jacket.

One of the under 16s wore a blue jumper, black trousers, black shoes with stripes and carried a black man bag. He also had some stubble.

PC Emma Minty said: "We would like to speak to anyone who was shopping in the store who heard or saw anything suspicious."
