Imperial House is new home to Advance Insurance.

After the successful let by Kilpatrick & Co, of Imperial House, 2,440 sq ft at College Court along Commercial Road, Advance Insurance are now in full occupation of the unit and have certainly put their own unique stamp on the property.

Having previously been located at the far end of Commercial Road opposite the tented market Advance Insurance had reached the stage that they had outgrown their old offices and needed more room to expand to cater for their expanding clientele.

Advance Insurance wished to stay in the heart of Swindon and maintain their presence along Commercial Road. Carlo Frijia, General Manager for Advance Insurance’s Swindon branch impressed the need to remain loyal and accessible to all their customers and maintain their record of impeccable service and value to all their customers.

Carlo met with Daniel Pitt from Kilpatrick & Co to view the three floors of offices at Imperial House, College Court and was impressed by the space, layout and above all location.

Daniel Pitt from Kilpatrick & Co said: ‘It was clear from the very beginning that Advance Insurance were utterly professional and devoted to their customers hence their desire to remain in Commercial Road. As the deal progressed towards completion I met with Carlo and his team on several occasions and I was very struck by their warmth, comradery and professionalism.’

Andrew Kilpatrick and Daniel Pitt worked closely with Advance Insurance helping them undertake improvements that were needed to the offices like adding a kitchen on the first floor, improving the lighting and general redecoration and re-carpeting of the offices.

Daniel Pitt said: ‘Advance Insurance clearly had a vision for the property and wanted their new offices to reflect their high standards and service to their customers. We very much enjoyed working with Carlo and all his team and are very pleased that they have now settled into their new offices.’

Kilpatrick & Co.’s role did not end there, having been managing and maintaing College Court for over five years Kilpatrick & Co have built up a sold, respectful and co-operative relationship with all the tenants over the years.
