A MAN who has admitted his part in the trade in heroin and crack cocaine has been warned he is facing a mandatory seven year jail term.
Liam Porter pleaded guilty to of being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
The 30-year-old also admitted possessing criminal property in the form of cash, having a small amount of cannabis and obstructing police.
Porter, of Acton, West London, was arrested in Chiseldon on June 2 last year.
He has two previous convictions for drugs trafficking offences meaning he was liable to the minimum sentence unless a judge thinks it unjust.
While one of those was from when he was a youth the court was told that he is suffering from post traumatic stress disorder.
Recorder Robert Pawson adjourned the case to a date to be fixed, ordered a pre-sentence report and released him on bail.
A second man pleaded guilty to the two counts of being concerned in the supply of drugs when he appeared before a judge in October.
Gary Johnson, 36, of Lucerne Close, Middleaze, accepted he was involved in dealing on June 2.
A third man, Maximillion Owusu, 24, from Brent, denied the charges and will face a trial on Monday, March 27.
