THERE were severe delays on the A419 southbound this morning after a crash involving three vehicles.
One lane was closed on the A419 southbound in Badbury before the junction for Swindon East.
Congestion was reported as far as the B4040 Swindon Road junction.
It is not thought that anyone was seriously hurt.
Motorists arriving in Swindon were then delayed as a crash in Wood Street led to traffic queueing in Old Town's High Street for a time.
Conditions in Old Town returned to normal by 8.45am.
