A MAN who admitted threatening staff, behaving indecently and damaging a cell door while in custody at Gablecross Police Station on November 26 has been committed to Swindon Crown Court for sentencing.
Swindon magistrates heard that Carl Hislop, 33, of Luddesdown Road, Toothill, also admitted breaching a suspended sentence imposed by the crown court for an offence of affray.
Hislop was given conditional bail requiring him to live and sleep each night at his home address.
