Swindon Magistrates' Court
A SWINDON man will stand trial next month accused of assaulting a woman by beating and destroying her Apple iPhone 6.
Joseph Gassman, 43, of Deerhurst Way, Toothill, denies both charges against him.
The bench at Swindon Magistrates' Court released him on conditional bail not to contact the alleged victim or go to a named street in Swindon.
He will next appear at North West Wiltshire Magistrates' Court in Chippenham on April 20 for the trial.
