The Yamaha R1 sports bikes were taken from a branch of Blade Motorcycles on Elgin Drive between 11.30pm on Tuesday, April 18, and 6.20am yesterday.

The three sports bikes are worth more than £50,000 in total.

It is not known what the thieves looked like or how many were involved in the theft.

PC Dan Travis said: "We are appealing to anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious in this area between these times.

"We are particularly interested in any high-bodied or long-bodied panel vans which were seen in the area."
