A man who was caught with cannabis he was selling has been warned he could be facing a jail term.
Nasir Nawaz, who has previous for drugs trafficking, pleaded guilty to having the substances when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
The 29-year-old, of Beck Close, Greenmeadow, pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis with intent to supply on Wednesday August 24, last year.
He denied a money laundering charge in relation to £4,700 in cash found when he was arrested.
Alex Daymond, defending, said his client had a previous conviction for a drugs trafficking offences from seven years ago.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Friday May 12 so the probation service can compile a presentence report and released him on bail.
But he said “The fact that I am granting you bail should not be taken as any indication of the final outcome of your case., do you understand?”
