A MOTOR parts business is the latest company to take up a unit at a Swindon trade park .
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major negotiated the sale of Unit K14 at Rockhaven Park to Motor Parts Direct (MPD).
The quoting price for the 3,125 sq ft property at Kembrey Park was £300,000.
Myddelton & Major partner Philip Holford said: “Since Motor Parts Direct opened its first branch in Kettering in 2000 the firm has gone from strength to strength, with many new branches and acquisitions.
“MPD has expansion plans for 2017 that will see it become the UK’s largest independent such dealer and already has more than 1,300 employees.
“The firm has chosen a good location at Rockhaven Park.”
He added that only eight out of 19 units are still available.
Rockhaven Park is on the edge of Kembrey Park, next to the Kembrey Trade Centre.
