BUSES are being diverted away from Emlyn Square this lunchtime after two ambulances were called to treat a woman who had fallen.
Thamesdown Transport tweeted just before midday informing passengers that due to Emlyn Square being closed, all services would be diverted via Faringdon Road/Park Lane.
It had been initally reported that an accident happened but South Western Ambulance Service confirmed a woman had fallen resulting in a head injury.
As a result, two ambulances raced to the scene and she was then transported to Great Western Hospital for treatment.
Due to Emlyn Square being closed by a RTC all services diverted via Faringdon Road Park Lane normal running inbound & outbound.
