GARFIELD the Swindon and Cricklade Railway cat is back at home and ready to greet visitors to Hayes Knoll Station this weekend.
The friendly feline face of the organisation spent two nights in the care of the vet for X-rays and treatment of a bleeding nostril.
Staff said he headed straight for his food bowl as soon as he returned.
Now the charity is awaiting the results of tests to find the cause of a lump on his head.
An appeal to raise money for his medical care has been set up at gofundme.com/garfield-the-railway-cat and has already generated more than £600.
