ABINGDON'S Dragon Boat Race takes to the River Thames once more on Sunday.
The annual fundraising spectacle regularly attracts thousands to witness the skill and fancy dress of competitors, who race in a series of heats before one team is crowned the winner.
The event is organised by the Rotary Club of Abingdon Vesper and will also include a fun fair, art and craft stalls, a raffle, a BBQ, real ale beer tent and live music.
Racing starts at 11am from beside Rye Farm Meadow and entry is free.
