Police closed the road around 1pm
Swindon's Station Road was closed off by police earlier today, following reports of a suspicious vehicle.
The closure of the road, which occurred around 1pm, caused a number of buses to be temporarily diverted. They have since returned to their usual routes.
Service 11, 12, 17, 22 and R1 are now back to normal running at the Rail Station

Wiltshire Police have since said that the call-out was a false alarm.
