KATIE Price’s estranged husband was booed by the hundreds who came to hear the glamour model speak at the Wyvern Theatre.

The model ecouraged the 350-strong Wyvern audience to jeer at third husband Kieran Hayler, who was sat with friends at the back of the venue on Saturday.

His appearance came as an audience member asked Katie for her advice on dealing with a husband who had had a relationship with her best friend.

Katie, 39, bringing the crowd to order, said: “So, back to the question; I also had a husband who s**t on me with my best friend.”

Kieran, described by Katie as a “sex addict”, is said to have slept with the couple’s nanny.

Remembering happier times, Katie recalled her four year marriage to Mysterious Girl hitmaker Peter Andre. The couple, who have two children together, split in 2009.

“I never wanted it,” Katie told the Wyvern audience of the split. “It was all him.”

Over two-and-a-half hours, the Swindon audience heard the model grilled on everything from her Brighton childhood and Page 3 days to discovering her mother had been diagnosed with a terminal lung disease.

Mum-of-five Katie, who rose to fame as a glamour model for newspaper The Sun’s Page 3, advised younger girls against going into glamour modelling.

She said: “I don’t think girls should even enter the industry. I think it was different back in the day. You had calendars, where you got to travel all around the world.”

When she started modelling in the 1990s it was the heyday of lads’ mags like Nuts and The Sun’s Page 3, she said. Nowadays, people can access the pictures on the internet.

“People don’t pay for any of this anymore,” she added.

Katie returned to the theme later in the evening, telling girls interested in glamour modelling: “It’s just not worth it.”

In revelations that may not surprise fans, Katie said that she had a flatulence problem – breaking wind “40 to 60 times a day”. The habit was commented upon by Katie’s children, who had recorded video messages for the star. The model added that the problem had earned her the nickname “Pipes” from her neighbours.

Katie also said that she was training one day a week to be a paramedic. “I’m fascinated by the body,” said Katie, who was training to be a nurse after she left school.

The glamour model, who sang her new single I Got You, said that she still hoped to make a film of her life and planned to release more singles.

The Swindon audience gushed over “inspiration” Katie. Around 100 people queued up earlier in the evening for an exclusive “meet-and-greet” with the star.

Christine Reilly, 64, of Corsham, said: “I think she’s absolutely fantastic – a mother, wife, businesswoman. She’s an inspiration to all young women. She gets too much flack from people who don’t understand her.”

Others praised her business-like approach to life. Karli Telling, 32, of Liden, described the star as “resilient”: “She’s very business minded. I love the fact she bounces back.

Katie Price had signed a neon pink leg cast belonging to Jennifer Cherry. The 37-year-old Haydon Wick woman said: “I like her because she’s so down to earth.”
