SWINDON Jobcentre is preparing to welcome a number of employers to its popular job fair next month.

Jobcentre team leader Julie Marshall revealed a number of big names in the town had already confirmed their attendance at the fair which will be held at the Princes Street centre on Tuesday, October 10, from 10am until 2pm.

Representatives from Asda in North and West Swindon will be recruiting delivery drivers and Christmas staff, while M&S will also be on the look-out for Christmas staff.

Fuel station BP is preparing to open a new garage and is looking for staff to man the station, while both Greggs and Amazon will also be looking for retail staff. Nationwide will be seeking admin and customer service roles, while those looking to work in the hospitality industry are being sought by the Compass Group, Catering Services Int and the De Vere (Cotswold) who will once again return with their vintage bus.

In the care field, Care Ambassadors and Allied Healthcare will be looking for staff, while in the security sector Cordant Security, Utility Warehouse, Body Shop Party Planners and Templine (Agency) are all seeking staff.
