A man who is accused of racially aggravated public order offence and two assaults has been remanded in custody by a judge.
Karl Foster is accused of the three matters which are said to have taken place on Friday July 14.
The 29-year-old, of Penhill Drive, is charged with two counts of actual bodily harm and racially aggravated intentional harassment, alarm or distress.
No charges have been formally put to the defendant who was not present in court due to problems with the video link to prison and he has yet to enter pleas.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case for trial on Monday December 11 and remanded him in custody until then.
