A SMOKER whose court curfew stopped him enjoying an evening cigarette can now puff in peace.
Alex David Wetherell, 24, of Foxhill Close, appeared before magistrates last month on an application to amend the requirements of a community order made on September 6.
He asked Swindon magistrates to change the address listed on his curfew to include his back garden, as he wished to be allowed into the garden to smoke.
Magistrates granted Wetherell his wish.
He remains under a curfew for three months, with a requirement to wear an electronic tag.
