Christine Stokes outside her home in Redhouse after lead was stolen from above her front door.
Police are appealing for information after a series of lead thefts on Dunvant Road and the general Redhouse area overnight on Monday October 8.
The Adver previously reported that at least six houses had lead stolen from their front porches but that number has since risen.
PC Dan Thomas said: "We believe approximately 20 houses have been targeted although not all homeowners have reported the incidents.
"We are appealing for anyone who may have seen or heard any suspicious activity in the Redhouse area overnight to contact police.
"We are continuing with our enquiries and would like to hear from anyone with information - please call 101."
