A 35-year-old man will appear for trial at Swindon Crown Court to face a number of theft and burglary charges.
Justin Rouse, of no fixed address, is to answer to four counts of theft which allegedly took place between September 25 and October 5 in Swindon.
He is accused of stealing £60 worth of batteries from Wilkinson on October 5, alcohol of an unknown value from John Lewis on September 23, a steriliser worth £159 from Mothercare on October 30 and alcohol worth £119 from John Lewis on September 25.
He is also accused of carrying out three burglaries and stealing a car on November 21.
A further burglary charge relates to November 5 when it is alleged that he entered a house in Kingshill.
He is also charged with receiving stolen goods – namely, a Vodafone phone – between October 28 and 29, and driving without a valid license and appropriate insurance.
He will appear at Swindon Crown Court on Friday, December 22.
