A 33-year-old man from Swindon is wanted by police after three thefts from motor vehicles.
Brett Segelov is white, of slim guild, 6ft 1" tall with dark brown hair and blue eyes.
He is the latest person to be highlighted in Wiltshire Police's 'Wanted This Winter' social media campaign.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "At this time of year we always remind drivers to make sure they don’t leave valuables, including presents, on display or in their cars... because some people will help themselves.
"We’ve written to Brett in the hope he will cooperate with us before we post his photo out on social media.
"He is obviously far too busy Christmas shopping to get back to us."
Anyone who sees Brett Segelov should not approach him but call police on 999 with his exact location, direction of travel and description of clothing and any items he is carrying, then referencing the 'Wanted This Winter' campaign.
