ROAD resurfacing works are being carried out on several minor roads this month.
Oakham Close will be resurfaced today.
Windrush Road will be resurfaced on Thursday January 11.
The Broadway will be resurfaced on Thursday and on Friday January 12.
Butts Road will be resurfaced from today until Friday, then more work will be carried out from Monday January 22 to Wednesday January 24.
Skinners Close will be resurfaced on Wednesday January 10.
The resurfacing works include planning and inlaying selected lengths of deteriorated flexible surfacing in order to improve the running surface and skid resistance, and extend the structural life of the carriageway.
Notification boards and advisory signs will be put up in advance.
The council has advised residents to check these boards regularly as dates may be revised according to current weather forecasts.
