The incident is alleged to have occurred near the Subway in Sussex Place.
POLICE have arrested a teenager suspected of causing Grievous Bodily Harm to another youth after an incident in Sussex Place in Walcot on Tuesday evening.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "We were called to Sussex Place at approximately 8pm last night following a report of a disorder.
"A 15-year-old male was assaulted and sustained a minor injury to his back.
"A 17-year-old male has been arrested on suspicion of attempted GBH and was taken to Gablecross police station where he remains in custody.
"Enquiries are ongoing. Any witnesses to the incident should call police on 101."
