Valentines Day court date for alleged racist
A Swindon man has scored a Valentine’s Day date with magistrates.
Sebastian Stroud, 35, of no fixed abode, has been charged with racial abuse and using threatening words or behaviour.
Stroud, who was arrested on Fleming Way last night, is due to appear before Swindon Magistrates Court on February 14.
