A Swindon-based consultancy firm has held the first of its sessions aimed at helping businesses adapt to post-Brexit Britain.

Amelia Bishop Consulting held a workshop designed to help firms capitalise on the changing market as the country cuts ties with the EU.

Amelia Bishop said: “Simply, the purpose of these workshops is to spend a whole day working with key business people including owners, managing directors and CEO's, reviewing and testing their strategy, operating model, products and services against the current risks and opportunities which have arisen since the vote to leave the EU."

"These workshops are designed to be run anywhere, at our offices in Swindon or a company’s office, and even for the clients of banks, accountants and wealth managers. We already have a similar event planned for NatWest Hereford and Worcester next month for their clients”.

Following their first session, another has already been scheduled at the company's offices in Kingsdown, to be held on 28 March.

Feedback from a niche product company based on Oxfordshire said, “It was a day well spent, and we did really benefit from the ‘Brexit Immersion’, which provided us with a focused day of structured discussion and planning that gave us a lot to take away and work on, we will certainly be recommending this workshop to other businesses when the opportunity arises”
