A man who is accused of assaulting a woman and two counts of dangerous driving has had the case against him adjourned.
Stephen Moore was due to appear at Swindon Crown Court but after the a judge was told he had been arrested for other matters the case was put off.
The 33-year-old is said to have driven a 66-plate Fiat Abarth dangerously on Queens Drive on New Years Day and two days later on Eastern Avenue.
He is also said to have assaulted a woman on the same days and also criminal damage to kitchen cupboards between Christmas Even and New Years Day.
Recorder Ed Burgess QC adjourned the case to a date to be fixed and continued the bail of Moore, of Naunton Road, Walcot, until then.
