There will be no trains passing through Swindon once again this weekend due to engineering work on the line.
A spokesman for train operator GWR said: “Trains between London Paddington and Bristol Temple Meads/South Wales will be diverted and not call at Didcot Parkway, Swindon and Chippenham/Bristol Parkway all weekend. Replacement buses will serve these stations. Some services may be terminate earlier in their journey. Some services will not run.
"Trains between London Paddington/Swindon and Cheltenham Spa will not run. Replacement buses will run between Swindon and Gloucester. Change at Gloucester for an onwards rail connection to Cheltenham Spa.
"On Saturday, most trains between Swindon and Westbury will run between Chippenham and Westbury only. Replacement buses will run between Swindon and Chippenham. Some services may be cancelled. On Sunday, buses will run between Swindon and Westbury."
