THE A419 AT Broad Blunsdon is now partially opened following an earlier accident involving two cars.
One lane remains closed westbound because of debris on the road and recovery work.
The collision between the B4019 and the B4040 at Cricklade has caused queues on the route down to the Honda south soundabout and as far as Cricklade Road, Lady Lane and Thamesdown Drive.
Highways England is advising: βA diversion is available for road users. Exit at the turnpike junction and follow the route marked with a black diamond symbol on local road signs. This will take traffic via the A4311 and then A4198 around Haydon.
βAt Sparcells turn right on to the B4534 and continue west to Common Platt. Turn right on to the B4553 north and continue to Cricklade. Turn right on to the B4040 and continue on this road to rejoin the A419.β
