COURT: A woman who pleaded guilty to assaulting a man on two occasions has been discharged conditionally for six months.

Shannon Gordon, 28, of Mellow Ground in Haydon Wick, beat her victim in Swindon on September 26 and 27 2017.

She must pay £20 to victim services.

COURT: A disqualified driver who failed to stop after a car accident and didn't report it to the police has been disqualified from driving for another 16 months.

Steven Bremner, 22, of Antony Road in Swindon pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall Astra van along Lennox Drive on November 17 whilst disqualified, causing damage to a Vauxhall Astra car and not stopping at the scene or reporting the incident to police.

Bremner will be electronically-monitored under curfew for four weeks and must carry out 70 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.

He has also been fined £300 and must pay £85 in costs plus £85 to victim services.

COURT: An 86-year-old man has been charged with molesting a child and will face trial on Friday.

Peter Kis of Windmill Court in Freshbrook is accused of grabbing the wrists of a girl under the age of 13 and rubbing her hands over his clothed genitals on July 30 2017.

COURT: Mark Bailey has been fined £50 after pleading guilty to stealing clothes worth £163 from Marks and Spencer on March 16.

The 45-year-old from David Murray John Tower must also pay £85 in costs and £85 to victim services.
