The discarded bag contained individual bags of what is believed to be Class A drugs.

Officers also seized a large sum of cash and a knife.

A 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

A 19-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and possession of a knife.
