COURT: Andrew Bell has been disqualified from driving for 32 months and given an 18-month suspended sentence of eight weeks in prison.

The 46-year-old, of Kirby Close in Park South, pleaded guilty to drink-driving a Land Rover along Manchester Road on April 13 2018.

When breathalysed, he had 138 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, almost four times the limit of 35mg.

Bell must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work and participate in a rehab activity requirement.

He must pay £115 to victim services and £85 in costs.

The 31-year-old from Amber Court assaulted PC Hobbs on March 30 in Swindon.

COURT: A thief stole £420 of Pokemon cards and a £70 microwave from Wilko in Greenbridge.

Shane Watson, 36, from Burnham Road in Swindon, pleaded guilty to the thefts, which occurred on February 17, 2018.

He must pay £490 in compensation and carry out 80 hours of unpaid work.

COURT: Anne Cash must pay £270.90 in compensation after stealing two toasters from John Lewis.

The 29-year-old from Nine Mile Ride in Wokingham pleaded guilty to the theft, which happened on January 16 2018.

She must also pay £85 in costs.
