One lane closed on M4 after ANOTHER accident
ONE lane has been closed on the M4 between junctions 16 and 17 after a crash.
Tailbacks stretch back to J16 on the westbound carriageway.
It follows an earlier accident between junctions 15 and 16 that saw a caravan flip on its side.
