FRIENDS of Lethbridge Primary School and the 10k fun run committee are joining forces to host their annual summer fete and craft market to raise vital funds for the school.

The summer fete will host over 25 stalls, featuring an extensive range of arts, crafts and foods to provide guests with a variety of unique gifts. Refreshments will also be available throughout the day.

Staff at Lethbridge Primary are encouraging the community to support the school.

Becky Jackson, an organiser for the event, said: “I'm honoured to be able to work with some amazing people who volunteer to help run the Summer Fete. This is my fourth year as fete co-ordinator and it remains a great feeling being able to bring the whole community together and to give the children a fun and exciting day. At the same time, we are also able to raise much needed funds for the children who attend this wonderful school.

"This year will see some new stalls as well as an appearance from the ambulance and fire services. We are always in need of more parents and carers to get involved so if you would like to help us please do GET IN TOUCH. It's a great way to have fun, make new friends and raise money for our school.”

The fete will be held on Saturday June 23 from 11.00 am until 2.30 pm while fun runners set off at 11:00am. Entry to the Summer Fete is free.
