SWINDON Robins will be without star reserve Zach Wajtknecht against Wolverhampton tomorrow night following a crash at Glasgow on Saturday.

Wajtknecht was competing for Team GB in the FIM World Under 21 Team Cup semi-final as Glasgow’s Ashfield Stadium.

The 20-year-old won his opening two rides before crashing out of heat 11 when attempting to pass Jaimon Lidsey up the inside.

Wajtknecht was taken to hospital and is now out for nine days, meaning he will also miss Robins’ home meeting against Somerset on Wednesday and is a doubt for the trip to King’s Lynn on Wednesday, July 25.

Confirmation of Robins' choice of guest for tomorrow night's meeting at Monmore Green is yet to be confirmed.
