Judge remands man in custody after alleged assault on partner
A MAN who is accused of assaulting his partner in Clench Common has been remanded in custody by a judge.
Joseph Perry faces a charge of grievous bodily harm in relation to an alleged incident on Tuesday, June 26.
No charge has formally been put to the 25-year-old, who gave the court an address on Green Street, Avebury, and he has yet to enter a plea.
Judge Robert Pawson, sitting at Swindon Crown Court, remanded him in custody until July 27.
