JUST Floyd, a talented tribute act dedicated to capturing the sound and magic of global superstars Pink Floyd, returns to the Victoria in Swindon on Saturday night.

Maidenstone-based Just Floyd pride themselves on the authenticity of their musical homage to the multi-platinum super-group, probably one of the most creative and enduring bands of all time.

Playing across the UK and into Europe, Just Floyd perform shows of all sizes - from a full-on Pink Floyd light and sound experience for thousands-strong audiences through to intimate music-only performances.

Featuring Dan Brown on guitar and vocals, Jools Ray on guitar and backing vocals, Simon Harrison on drums, Matt Godden on bass and backing vocals, and Andy Ballad on keyboards, backing vocals, sound effects and film, Just Floyd will be performing around the country over the course of the next few months. The band says they are looking forward to playing at the Vic, their favourite venue, and fans can expect an extended set loaded with Floyd classics and some rarities too.

The original Pink Floyd was formed in London in 1965, by students Syd Barrett on guitar and lead vocals, Nick Mason on drums, Roger Waters on bass and vocals, and Richard Wright on keyboards and vocals. They created innovative psychedelic and progressive music and went on to become one of the most commercially successful and influential groups in history.

If you enjoy the music and sound of Pink Floyd, why not head to the Vic in Old Town and listen to Just Floyd’s worthy tribute performance. Doors open for the concert at 8.30pm, and tickets are £8. To book, visit thevicswindon.com.
