COURT: A motorist who pleaded guilty to driving without insurance or a licence has been disqualified from driving for six months.

David Sayer, 28, of Tennyson Road in Royal Wootton Bassett, committed the offences in an Audi A3 on Maple Drive in the town on February 9.

He has been fined £120 and must pay £85 in costs and £30 to victim services.

The money will be deducted from his benefits.

COURT: Another Audi A3 driver who pleaded guilty to driving without a driving licence or insurance has been given six points on his driving licence.

Keaton Danter, 18, of Pinnocks Place in Swindon, committed the offence on the A3102 High Street in Royal Wootton Bassett on January 15.

He was given the penalty points, plus a £120 fine, for the lack of insurance and given no separate penalty for not having a licence.

Danter also didn't have a test certificate for his vehicle, and for this offence he was fined £40.

He must also pay £85 in costs and £30 to victim services.

COURT: A 29-year-old man who drove a Nissan Micra without insurance has been disqualified from driving for six months.

Triston Hampson, 29, of Witts Lane in Purton committed the offence on Great Western Way on January 27.

He has been fined £300 and must pay £85 in costs plus £30 to victim services.

COURT: Corbyn Rothschild, 30, of Swindon Road in Stratton St Margaret must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work, pay £85 in costs and £85 to victim services after breaching a restraining order.

He contacted a woman on June 26 and disclosed a private photo of her to cause her distress on June 24.
